BERLIN: Two New Berlin industrial buildings with a combined 212,131 square feet sold for $30.05 million this month to an investor from Hawaii, according to state records.
The buildings belonged to members of the Luterbach family, of James Luterbach Construction Co. in New Berlin, according to state records. Industrial and office building investor James Campbell Co. LLC, based in Kapolei, Hawaii, bought a facility at 5400 S. Westridge Drive for $7.9 million. A James Campbell affiliate bought a second, 122,604-square-foot facility at 16555 W. Stratton Drive. Both deals closed Feb. 20, state records showed.
The buyer specializes in multitenant warehouses. It has buildings in Illinois and Minnesota, but does not list any previous holdings in Wisconsin.
Representatives of the buyer and seller were not available for comment.
