ISLAMABAD: Takehiko Nakao,the President of Asian Development, on Tuesday reached Islamabad on a three-day visit.
Talking briefly to media at the airport, the ADB President said that the Bank desires to increase partnership with Pakistan. Mr Nakao has scheduled meetings with Finance Minister Ishaq Dar, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and President Mamnoon Hussain during his stay in Islamabad. The economic team of the government will discuss with the ADB President the overall economic situation and the Bank’s assistance in resolving those hurdles faced by the Pakistan’s economy.
