Among others, the Flemish contingent includes MoNoA, a product that raises your body temperature and analyses your movements to gauge your stress levels. You simply attach it to your watch or bracelet. By anticipating stress-related symptoms, it optimises well-being. The product is much more than a simple gadget, as Stijn Bogaerts explains: “For people with disabilities who are not always able to express how they feel, the application can indicate what is causing their stress.”
On the Walloon side, the company Bibmatic and its product Invineo markets a wine dispenser to serve wine by the glass at the right temperature and in the desired quantity, without oxidation problems. In the Accor group alone, these machines are in operation in more than 10,000 bars. A success explained by the savings which the machine makes possible: “Preserving wine by the glass, the temperature, the data and the savings generated by Invineo are extremely useful for a player such as Accor” explains Thierry Tacheny, Director of Bibmatic SA.
