KARACHI: Trade Development Authority of Pakistan will extend all cooperation and support to Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce Industry in its forthcoming program of exhibitions and trade delegations.
The assurance was given by TDAP Chief Executive SM Muneer in a meeting with FPCCI President Zakaria Usman, held in Federation House, Karachi.
He further said that TDAP is being reformed to make it business friendly organisation, facilitating the business community and trade bodies in their efforts to promote Pakistan’s exports.
He also informed that preparations are underway for Expo Pakistan in October, 2014 at Karachi which will attract large number of foreign potential buyers. Besides, TDAP has made a comprehensive plan of participation in specialized trade fairs in different countries for which transparencies are being ensured.
Zakaria Usman said that FPCCI has extensive program of fairs and exhibitions and trade delegations during the year 2014 which include trade delegation to Korea and Philippines in the month of August and visit to Australia in November 2014.
