KARACHI: The Pakistani rupee on Tuesday strengthened against the US dollar both in interbank and open market.
As per the local money market, the US currency added 10 paisas in interbank for buying at Rs138.50 and for selling at Rs139, while it shed 50 paisas in open market for buying at Rs139.50 and for selling at Rs140.
On Monday, the greenback lost 10 paisas in interbank for buying at Rs138.40 and for selling at Rs138.90. In open market, the dollar added 60 paisas for buying at Rs140 and for selling at Rs140.50.
